By scheduling or paying for any service offered through emilyvolovitz.com, Emily Volovitz part of The Kindest Company KVK: 86185810., and/or by communicating with Emily Volovitz in any fashion you are attesting that you have read and understand this legal disclaimer and terms of services. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

  1. You are 18 years or older.

  2. Emily Volovitz prides herself on honesty and integrity. While she conducts every reading, healing and coaching session to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting to.

  3. All readings, healings, coaching sessions, and consultations with Emily Volovitz are for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.emilyvolovitz.com, and Emily Volovitz’s social media platforms.

  4. No reading, healing or coaching session given by Emily Volovitz is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.

  5. Emily Volovitz, The Kindest Company, KVK: 86185810, nor www.emilyvolovitz.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading, healing or consultation with Emily Volovitz as well as content created by Emily Volovitz including but not limited to youtube videos and blog posts.

  6. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Emily Volovitz and Emily Volovitz KVK: 86185810., their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

  7. Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Emily Volovitz.

  8. Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.

  9. Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session cancelled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  10. You have had the chance and have taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.

  11. No shows are subject to paying the session in full.
